Evolve America Strategies is a Black woman-owned social impact consulting firm helping organizations turn vision into strategy, strategy into action, and conversations into change.

We partner with mission-driven organizations, foundations, and leaders to navigate complex challenges, strengthen their strategy, and build campaigns that create meaningful impact. Our work spans strategic planning, campaign strategy, research, and advocacy —bringing together people, ideas, and action to move organizations and communities forward.

Our approach is rooted in the belief that lasting change begins with listening. We center people and communities in our work, using research, relationships, and strategic thinking to help organizations understand where they are, clarify where they want to go, and build a path to get there. Whether developing an organizational strategy or leading a campaign, we help our clients translate their values into clear goals, compelling narratives, and actionable strategies.

We bring authentic and collaborative relationships with national, state, and local organizations, leaders, advocates, and community partners across the United States.
